At E3 Collective, we are striving to increase access and opportunity for all children, adults, and families by equipping parents and caregivers, empowering children and families, and encouraging the learning and professional development for organizations. This newsletter will touch on many different topics from parenting to teaching to diverse abilities and much more.
Our Story?
Mike Hagensick is a special education consultant and an early intervention specialist (birth to 3). The vision for E3 Collective was sparked while he was a special education teacher working with children with complex needs. During this time, he worked with many great teachers, paraeducators, speech-language pathologists, physical therapists, and occupational therapists. Through close collaboration and a shared vision of opportunity, students were able to access unique experiences and opportunities leading to an improvement of quality of life. Mike founded an adaptive swim school and has partnered with organizations like a ninja warrior gym to develop adaptive programming to meet the unique abilities of all children and adults.
